It's not strange that people kill people because they do not eat. However today, I'm pretty well known among the most patient people (friends say) lost patience; not the article but to eat - Streamyx owned by Telekom Malaysia TM).
The issue of billing. Not that I did not want to pay (trying to check past records, I'm a billiard payer in Malaysia) but management's failure allowed this to happen.
Since almost half a year ago, I did not receive any more phone bills at home. That said, accounts on behalf of children working at TM can be reviewed online. So every month I had to 'tap' TM Points staff near Pasar Besar, Seremban. Not shy to admit, sometimes missed.
Since yesterday evening, the line was blocked. Aduuuuh! When the service is needed, the line is no longer available. In the bustle, about 2.00 pm `tapping 'TM Point (in recent months, other bills are paid through CIMB Clicks).
TM Point staff member, current charge amount of RM100.40, plus charge amounting to RM23.70 then be RM124.15 (Refer Bills 28/07/2011 144150 TS21613 0003396780 014).
Without denying the money at the counter and also informing its officers "Please ask for a quick connection! 'Living dead' I did with the internet. I'm a blogger and this is my card, "as he handed it over. He was greeted with a smile. "Send the story ...!" I said again.

"What's the problem ?," I started to not control the feeling. "No, sir!"
That's usually, the users in Malaysia will still be in a loss position (remembered: The man is always in a loss).
Why not? When a bill is paid for a week, never be thankful but if one day, the service continues to be stopped!
"So when services are connected?"
"Within 24 hours."
"24 hours! It is at 6.00 pm. How does it come at 6.00 pm tomorrow? It's just that publishers who believe in managing the hundreds of thousands of dollars’ worth of prints are pulling back the work they've given, "I began to respond.
As I stared at the modem that did not light up the data light, I immediately called my son.

Then I called the number 1300888123 back.

I cannot see the face of the staff at the end of the line but I'm sure he's helpless.
